SIConit – Coating Material
SIConit is a silicon carbide composite material designed for the repair and protection of surfaces exposed to erosion, abrasion and corrosion caused by aggressive liquids or slurries containing solids, across the full pH range of 0 to 14.
High Wear Resistance
Due to its significant silicon carbide content of > 80 %, SIConit offers exceptional resistance to wear, making it suitable for environments where surfaces are subject to high erosion and abrasion.
Chemical Resistance
SIConit maintains its integrity in chemically aggressive environments with pH values ranging from 0 to 14, ensuring durability in various industrial applications.
Temperature Tolerance
The material can withstand temperatures up to 100°C, allowing for use in processes involving elevated temperatures.
